Odbor za prosvjede mora biti

(a) odbor kojeg imenuje organizator ili regatni odbor, ili

(b) medunarodni žiri kojeg imenuje organizator ili je imenovan prema propisima ISAF-a i ispunjava zahtjeve Dodatka N. Nacionalni savez može propisati zahtijevanje svojeg odobrenja za imenovanje medunarodnih žirija natjecanja u svojoj nadležnosti, osim onih u nadležnosti ISAF-a ili kada medunarodne žirije imenuje ISAF prema pravilu 88.2(b).

(a) a committee appointed by the organizing authority or race committee, or

(b) an international jury appointed by the organizing authority or as prescribed in the ISAF regulations and meeting the requirements of Appendix . A national authority may prescribe that its approval is required for the appointment of international
juries for races within its jurisdiction, except ISAF events or when international juries are appointed by the ISAF under rule 88.2(b).
